October 2018 — Louisiana
Richard, a huge LSU fan, was in his element on this fall trip to Louisiana. We stayed in the French Quarter, explored Bourbon Street, and enjoyed the city dressed for the season, with Halloween decorations and the lavender line adding to the atmosphere. We visited St. Louis Cemetery and learned about the legend of Marie Laveau before heading to Baton Rouge for the big football experience. At LSU we saw Mike the Tiger, took in the excitement of Death Valley, and cheered as LSU won, making it a perfect Louisiana trip for Richard.
