Air Fried French Fries

Instructions

  1. Insert the Breville air fryer wire rack into position 4. Select AIRFRY, SUPER CONVECTION, and set the temperature to 400°F. Press START to preheat the oven.
  2. Place the desired amount of frozen French fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even crisping.
  3. Spray the frozen fries lightly with olive oil spray and sprinkle with salt to taste.
  4. Air fry the seasoned frozen fries at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the basket and shake it well to redistribute the fries so they brown evenly.
  6. Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 to 8 minutes, or until the fries are crisp, golden, and cooked to your preferred texture.
  7. Serve immediately while hot and crispy. Add more salt if desired.

Notes

  • For extra crisp fries, cook the final 2 minutes without shaking.
  • Different fry cuts (thin, crinkle, steak fries) may require slightly adjusted times.
  • Do not use too much oil spray—air fryers crisp best with minimal oil.
  • To season beyond salt, try garlic powder, paprika, Cajun seasoning, or ranch powder.
