Honey Garlic Roasted Chicken Legs

The chicken roasts to juicy perfection while basting in a rich glaze of honey, soy sauce, and garlic. It’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser that fills your kitchen with the kind of aroma that makes everyone hungry.

Ingredients:

  • 8 chicken legs (drumsticks or thighs)
  • 1/4 C soy sauce
  • 1/4 C honey
  • 2 T brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1 t sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic, vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken legs in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, turning to coat each piece thoroughly.
  4. Roast uncovered for 40–45 minutes, basting halfway through.
  5. Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for crispy skin. Serve hot over rice or vegetables.
