Chicken Wonton Soup

Description: A delicate soup featuring chicken-stuffed wontons in a clear, aromatic broth. Warm, comforting, and traditionally served as a starter or light meal.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 lb ground chicken
• 2 green onions, minced
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 20 wonton wrappers
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp rice vinegar
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Mix chicken, onions, ginger, and soy for filling.
2. Place small spoonful into each wrapper and seal.
3. Simmer wontons in broth with vinegar and sesame oil.
4. Cook until wontons float and are fully cooked.
5. Serve warm.
